This spring has been a game-changer for a number of programs. Transfers are taking longer to commit than last season, but there are already many impactful moves that have occured. Here are 6 transfers that will be all-conference players on their new team.
Nijel Pack (to Miami)
Nijel Pack, our #1 rated transfer, is a future NBA draft pick. Will be a star at Miami. Impactful on both ends. Great shooter coming off screens and can create his own shot.
Projection: 1st team all conference
Player Comp: Jon Axel Gudmundsson (Davidson) -’20
Kendric Davis (to Memphis)
Memphis landed an elite on ball playmaker in SMU Star Kendric Davis. Davis, our #3 rated transfer this year, will provide a lift to Memphis on both ends of the floor. Explosive. Changes speeds. Gifted scorer.
Projection: 1st team all conference
Player Comp: Jahvon Quinerly (Alabama) -’21
Darrion Trammell (to San Diego State)
Darrion Trammell is a top 15 transfer that has not been talked about enough. Incredibly impactful defender. Add that to an existing San Diego State team full of defense. Really effective and smart on ball play maker – gets a pullup 3 or attacks the rim.
Projection: 1st team all conference
Player Comp: Fatts Russell (Rhode Island) -’21
Doug Edert (to Bryant)
Doug Edert, now a household name, and Bryant is a perfect pairing. Edert is one of the best off ball players in the country and his skill set will be fully utilized by Bryant’s system. Any team could have used an impactful off ball player like this, but not many will utilize him like Grasso and the Bryant staff.
Projection: 1st team all conference
Player Comp: Joe Wieskamp (Iowa) -’20
